Mobile healthcare,
engineered to clinical standards.

Mobile health units are essentially clinics on wheels. The build has to support clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, patient privacy, infection control, and clinical equipment integration. Generic camper van conversions don't address these needs — purpose-built medical units do.

Mobile clinics serve communities that fixed clinics can't reach. School districts. Rural populations. Construction sites. Disaster response. The vehicle's interior layout, power systems, water capacity, and patient flow all need to be designed for the specific service model the organization operates.

We work with mobile health organizations, hospital outreach programs, telehealth providers, and blood services organizations. Each requires different specifications and different workflow design. We start with what the unit actually needs to do clinically, then engineer the build around that.

How we work with
healthcare customers.

Procurement and acquisition processes are different for healthcare customers than consumer buyers. Here's how we work with you.

01
Initial Consultation

Initial consultation with healthcare organization. We review your service model, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.

02
Specifications

Detailed specifications development. We document requirements, integrate equipment lists, and engineer the build to your operational standards.

03
Procurement

Procurement coordination. We work with hospital procurement, grant funding, and healthcare acquisition processes specific to mobile health operations.

04
Delivery & Service

Final delivery, system orientation, and ongoing service relationship. We service everything we build, with priority turnarounds for fleet customers.

Pricing & fleet structures.

Commercial builds start at $160,000. Final pricing depends on configuration, equipment integration, and scope. We develop detailed quotes based on your specifications — no generic pricing tiers, because no two commercial builds are identical.

Fleet customers receive volume discounts on multi-unit orders. Pricing structure scales with quantity, with significant per-unit savings on fleets of 5+ vehicles. Government, EMS, and healthcare customers may qualify for additional pricing structures depending on procurement processes.

Why healthcare organizations
choose us for medical builds.

Six reasons healthcare customers work with us.

  1. East Coast location. Lower logistics costs, real service access, in-region relationships.
  2. 250+ builds delivered. Operational history, not a startup. We've built and serviced over 1,000 vans.
  3. Mercedes eXpertUpfitter certification. Direct OEM relationship for Sprinter builds, factory-supported warranty work.
  4. In-house engineering. System integration, electrical engineering, and operational design all handled in-house, not subcontracted.
  5. Electric platform capability. We build on Mercedes eSprinter and Ford E-Transit for healthcare organizations with EV transition requirements. Most commercial van builders are still on diesel and gas only — we've already delivered electric mobile health units for outreach programs and hospital sustainability mandates.
  6. Service after delivery. 3-year structural warranty, comprehensive service center, and priority turnarounds for fleet customers. We're not a builder that disappears after delivery.
