We're not. Our shop is in Manasquan, NJ — half a continent closer to most East Coast customers than the next premium-tier builder. For East Coast buyers, that means drivable in-person consultation, drivable delivery, and drivable warranty service when the time comes.
A day-trip drive or short flight. Boston customers usually fly down for the delivery handoff and drive the van home.
Straight up I-95. DC-area customers come up for shop visits during the build and pick up at delivery.
A full day on I-95. Carolina customers often combine pickup with an East Coast road trip on the way home.
For deeper-South customers we coordinate delivery routes — sometimes we drive the van down ourselves.
Why East Coast
For decades the premium campervan industry has been concentrated in Colorado, Utah, and the Pacific Northwest — close to the mountain towns where most early campervan culture grew. If you live on the East Coast, that means a cross-country flight for a consult, freight-shipping or a long drive for delivery, and a frequent-flier-miles plan when the van needs service.

Most of our work is semi-custom — customers pick a Scout or Loft configuration and customize within that framework. We also build fully custom vans for customers with a specific vision, and commercial upfits for East Coast fleets, government agencies, and corporate clients.

A lot of East Coast campervan owners bought from Western builders and quickly discovered the long-term math doesn't work. Shipping a van back for warranty, an upgrade, or a fix gets expensive fast — and dealer-level shops aren't built for premium systems. Our service center works on every major builder's vans, with 1,000+ services completed to date. For East Coast customers, we're the closest premium-tier service shop in the region.
Common East Coast service requests: swapping AGM batteries for lithium, adding solar capacity, installing rooftop AC for southern summers, four-season insulation upgrades, and warranty work the original builder won't fly out for.
