We built the Raritan in 2022, and it came back through our shop to find its next owner. It has since sold.
The layout is why people asked about it: a real full-size bed you never rebuild at the end of the day, a dedicated gear garage underneath it, and a convertible lounge up front, all inside 159" of ProMaster. It slept two properly, hauled the gear, and still had room to sit down.
