It’s a lot to expect a customer to receive a 400-pound crate off a box truck in their driveway. Then comes the liftgate fee, the pallet jack you don’t own, the rivet-nut setters and the right bits, and scribing panels to a van wall that is never flat. Here’s the thing nobody pushing a six-figure build will tell you: you don’t need a $15,000 power system and full plumbing to live the van life.

A quality cabinet kit, a portable power station you charge at home — a Jackery, an EcoFlow — and a simple water setup get you a genuinely usable, comfortable van for a fraction of a full custom build. That’s the most cost-effective path to the road there is, and for a lot of people it’s the right one. We help you spend where it matters and skip what you don’t need. It’s all about your budget and getting the most out of it.

• Flat-pack cabinetry & galley kits — riveted aluminum or plywood and birch. We assemble, align, and mount them square and solid.
• Foundation systems — the structural backbone: L-track, wiring harness, insulation, finished wall and ceiling panels, roof fan. We stand up the shell and finish it out.
• Removable modules — drop-in bed-and-storage systems set, anchored, and dialed in so they actually stay put.
• À-la-carte cabinets — individual cabinets, panels, and components built into a complete, cohesive interior.

We’ve been working on vans since 2020 — with the shop, the space, and the hours under the hood to install your kit the way it should go in.

• The shop: 11,000 sq ft, 10-bay facility with 10-ft indoor clearance and drive-up ramps — plus a forklift and indoor storage to receive freight and hold your kit until install day.

• We do this constantly: nothing on a van is ever flat, square, or simple — fitting a kit to a real vehicle is exactly the part we’re good at.
