Most of our customers pick a semi-custom configuration — Scout or Loft layouts customized within the framework we've already engineered. That works for the majority of buyers because the framework already addresses how most people actually use a campervan.
Full Custom is different. Full Custom customers come to us with a specific vision that doesn't fit any standard layout. Maybe it's a particular use case (mobile photography studio, medical practitioner traveling for fieldwork, expedition vehicle for a specific climate or terrain). Maybe it's a specific configuration (jump seats, multiple beds, specialized storage for gear that doesn't fit standard layouts). Maybe it's an aesthetic vision that requires bespoke materials and finishes.
If you have a clear picture of what you want and you're prepared for the investment in time and budget that full custom requires, we know how to design and deliver it.
Process
Initial conversation about your vision, use case, and budget. We listen first, ask the right questions, and assess whether full custom is the right path or whether semi-custom might serve you better.
Detailed design process. We translate your vision into specifications, develop 3D renderings, and engineer the build to your operational requirements.
6–12 month build timeline depending on complexity. Regular check-ins, photo updates, and shop visits welcome. Full custom work requires patience and craftsmanship.
Final delivery, full system orientation, and ongoing service relationship. Full custom vans benefit from the same 3-year structural warranty and service center access as our semi-custom builds.
Investment
Full Custom builds start where premium semi-custom ends. Most full custom projects run $150,000 to $300,000+ depending on chassis choice, scope of customization, electrical capacity, climate requirements, and aesthetic finishes. The build itself is the same craftsmanship as our semi-custom work — what changes is the scope of design work and the specificity of the engineering.
We don't publish a fixed price tier for Full Custom because no two are alike. Quote development happens after the vision conversation, when we have enough specifics to engineer real numbers.
