Custom Build · 2024
Ram ProMaster 159 FWD — custom rear-sliding-bed Scout-variation build, $180,000 all-in.
Build Overview
Wild Flower is a Scout-variation ProMaster built around a single requirement: the customer wanted gear-first capability without the build feeling generic. The defining move is a rear sliding bed mechanism — slats that extend and retract to reconfigure the back of the van between sleeping and storage modes. The sage green cabinetry, geometric green-on-white pattern wall, and brass-pin leather pulls layer a bright outdoor-adventure aesthetic over what could have been a utilitarian gear-hauler. It's a family-coded build on a budget-conscious chassis.

Why This Was a Full Custom
Wild Flower is what a ProMaster 159 FWD looks like when the customer prioritizes family capability over off-road posture. The slide-out bed mechanism was the engineering ask — they wanted a Scout-variation layout that could shift between sleeping mode and gear-hauling mode in seconds, not minutes. The sage-and-pattern aesthetic was the design ask — they didn't want their family adventure rig to look like a generic builder's catalog van. Every material decision answered one of those two requirements: practical mechanism beneath, distinctive identity on top. The branded pull-out exterior cabinet is the signature touch.
