We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Campervan Assembly Technician to join our build team. You’ll play a key role in turning empty cargo vans into fully functional, one-of-a-kind campervans. This position involves working with a variety of tools and materials, performing tasks across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general assembly.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and install custom cabinetry, wall paneling, and flooring
Assist with installation of plumbing and electrical components
Install appliances, HVAC units, lighting, and accessories
Follow detailed design specs and blueprints with accuracy
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform quality checks to ensure craftsmanship and function
Qualifications:
Experience in carpentry, general construction, or mechanical trades preferred
Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
Basic knowledge of 12V/120V electrical systems and plumbing a plus
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license

We are looking for a skilled Accessories Installer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in creating high-quality interiors for our custom van builds.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the installation of both exterior and interior parts for custom van builds.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and build plans accurately.
Utilize a strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools effectively.
Apply fabrication skills to custom installations and modifications.
Ensure all assemblies meet company standards for quality and durability.
Perform quality checks and adjustments throughout the installation process.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Proficient in 12-volt electronics.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in automotive accessories parts installation (preferred).
Strong fabrication background.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make on-the-fly adjustments.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of van conversions or automotive upfitting is required.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team. Building and installing our custom cabinets is a big part of this job. This includes the installation of wiring for lighting and different controls that mount in our cabinets. The ideal candidate will possess a background in carpentry with experience in other materials, like laminates, plastics and some metal working experience. Must know how to read and interpret blue-prints while keeping track of any modifications that need to be made in the future. Knowledge of how to properly use and maintain shop tools is mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities is key to being successful at this job. We need someone that is organized, has good attention to detail, and the capability to work independently while keeping notes on your progress. This role involves hands-on fabrication with different materials, customization of store bought items for fitting in vehicles, and the trimming and finishing of luxury van interiors, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This job will require you to work in, on, and underneath vehicles, including standing for long periods of time.
Key Responsibilities:
Custom Construction: Fabricate parts using the proper tools and methods to build van interiors tailored to our teams specifications.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all aspects of the build meet quality standards, with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in high end custom fabrication with carpentry, metal working or related fields.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficiency with power tools, table saw, and various hand tools. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry materials, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform manual labor daily
Certifications: Relevant certifications in carpentry, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing fields.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Router Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and programming our ShopBot CNC router to produce quality parts based on our design specifications with minimal waste. The role requires experience with Computer Aided Drafting Software and proficiency with programming CNC machinery, and a commitment to safety and our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC router machine to cut, carve, and shape materials (such as wood, plastics, and composites) according to design specifications.
Set up CNC router, including loading programs, ensuring proper materials are used, and calibrating machine settings daily.
Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety during production runs.
Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work orders to ensure precise execution of cutting, engraving, or machining tasks.
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring all items meet our specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC router and other equipment to keep machine in optimal working condition.
Adjust settings, such as speed and feed rates, to meet different material requirements and production needs.
Maintain accurate logs of machine activity, production quantities, and maintenance tasks.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Experience safely operating hand tools and power tools (drill press, grinders, table saw, circular saw, cut off wheel, chop saw, pneumatic nail gun, sanders, jig saw, spray adhesive, and other general shop tools)

Your Role:
We’re hiring a hybrid Office Manager and Social Media Coordinator to keep our operation running smoothly while sharing the Sequoia Salt story with the world. You'll be the front-facing point of contact for the shop, manage communication and logistics, and keep our social and digital content on-brand and engaging.
What You'll Do:
Office Management:
Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally and promptly
Coordinate scheduling, customer appointments, and internal meetings
Manage shop calendars, order office supplies, and support project timelines
Help track vendor orders, quotes, invoices, and documentation
Assist with organizing build paperwork, customer files, and shipping logistics
Social Media & Marketing:
Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos from the shop and van builds
Respond to DMs, comments, and post inquiries
Track engagement analytics and help develop a consistent content strategy
Write blog posts for the website about van builds, lifestyle tips, company news, and product insights
Coordinate with clients for testimonials, photos, and tagged content
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Comfortable working in a shop environment (no van build experience required)
Clear, engaging writing skills for blog content and product storytelling
Familiarity with blog platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a plus
