Our Promise
Every Sequoia + Salt conversion goes through strict quality control before it leaves our facility. But our relationship doesn't end at delivery — we offer one of the strongest warranty programs in the semi-custom van industry, covering structural work for 3 years and all major systems for 2 years.
And because you'll be traveling — not just sitting in a driveway in New Jersey — we back that up with nationwide remote support. If something goes wrong anywhere on the East Coast, we'll help you find a qualified shop, diagnose the issue remotely, and make it right.
All structural work, cabinetry construction, cabinet mounting, and hardware installed by our team is covered against defects in workmanship.
All electrical work performed by our team — wiring, connections, integrations, and system programming — is covered against defects.
All plumbing work, tank installations, and water system integrations performed by our team are covered against leaks and workmanship defects.
Climate system installation work is covered. Note that manufacturer warranties apply separately to the heater and AC units themselves.
All insulation installation, sealing, and moisture barrier work performed during your build is covered against installation defects.
Exterior modifications performed by our team — roof racks, running boards, awnings, and exterior sealing work — are covered against installation defects.
Most van builders are only accessible if you can drive back to their shop. We know that's not realistic when you're 1,200 miles away. Here's what we commit to.
Call or text us with photos and we'll diagnose the issue remotely. Most electrical and system issues can be triaged over the phone by our build team — the same people who built your van.
If your van needs hands-on work and you're not near New Jersey, we'll research and refer you to qualified shops in your area who can perform the warranty repair. We coordinate directly with them when possible.
If the repair requires our team specifically, we'll work with you to schedule your van back at our Manasquan facility. Warranty work is always performed at no charge for covered items.
Making a Claim
We keep it simple. No runaround, no third parties, no waiting weeks for a response. You deal directly with our team.
Important Notes
Our warranty covers our workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, customer modifications, or issues caused by misuse or accidents.
Individual components like Victron inverters, diesel heaters, refrigerators, and AC units carry their own manufacturer warranties. Our team can assist in warranty claims with component manufacturers on your behalf.
