Before a single cut is made, we spend time getting to know how you travel, what you carry, and what your van needs to do. Your van choice drives everything that follows.

Discovery Call
We learn how you travel, what gear you carry, who's in the van, and what your must-haves are. No pressure — just a real conversation.
Van Selection
Choose Adventure, Lounge, or Elevate. Your bed orientation drives the entire interior design — we'll guide you to the right one.
Systems Configuration
Power, climate, water, and finishes are all selected together with our team. We build a complete picture of your van before touching it.
$10,000 Deposit
Once your design is locked, a $10K deposit secures your spot in the build queue. Applied in full toward your total.

Phase Two · Months 1–5

The Build

Your van enters our Manasquan facility and the transformation begins. 3D scanning ensures every component fits perfectly. You'll hear from us regularly — we don't disappear once you've paid.

3D Scanning & CNC Cutting
Every panel is scanned and precision cut to your exact vehicle. No gaps, no guesswork — everything fits the first time.
Structural & Electrical
Insulation, wall systems, electrical infrastructure, and your power system are installed by our certified team.
Cabinetry & Interior
Semi-Custom cabinetry, flooring, ceiling panels, sleeping system, and galley are built and fitted to your exact spec.
Photo & Video Updates
Regular updates throughout the build — photos and video from our team so you can watch your van come to life.

Phase Three · Month 6

Quality Control
& Delivery

Before you ever see it, your van goes through a comprehensive multi-point inspection. Every system is tested under real conditions. We don't hand over keys until everything is right.

Full Systems Test
Every electrical circuit, plumbing connection, and climate system is tested under load before delivery.
Detail Inspection
Panel fit, finish quality, hardware function, and seals are all inspected. We look for what you'd notice on day 100.
Delivery Day Orientation
We spend 2–3 hours walking you through every system in your van. You leave knowing exactly how everything works.
